About The Program

The SUCCESS program is a very culturally diverse environment embracing multiculturalism, international connections and a commitment to quality business development.

We provide classroom workshops in business, sales & marketing, financial planning, manual and computerized bookkeeping, word processing, web design, internet and much more. Our clients will typically tell you that our course is one of practical business not canned theory, of 'thinking outside the box' scenarios and strong strategic planning.

Our goal is to make you and your business a SUCCESS!

How Does The Program Work?

The SUCCESS SE Program provides 10 weeks of full time (30hrs per week) classroom workshops, along with 38 weeks of business mentorship.

The Training Program

The training program at SUCCESS uses a very individualized approach. A training package is developed for each participant.

Who May Apply?

Residents of all areas of the Lower Mainland who have had a regular EI claim
Who have been on EI in the past 3 years
Have been on maternity benefits within the last 5 years

Application and Selection Process

Attend an information session. Info Sessions are held every Tuesday. Yopu must call 604-639-5574 to register. At the info session you will receive an application and learn how to fill this application out.

Selection Criteria

The applications are reviewed by an advisory board and the most viable 12 business ideas are accepted into the program. Criteria typically includes the validity of the idea, the passion and the attitude of the participant, skills necessary to implement the business and a willingness to attend a strenuous no-holds barred development program.

When are the Programs Offered?

SE Programs at SUCCESS for year 2008 will start January 7, March 3, and April 28.
